What’s Not Accepted
At Pasaly, our goal is for every item to hold real value—aesthetic, functional, and resale-worthy.
That’s why we don’t accept ultra fast fashion or items with visible flaws, as they’re not viable or sustainable for resale.
We stand for quality, design, and durability—the pillars of meaningful circular fashion.
Below, you’ll find the types of items we don’t include in our selection.
We reject everything you wouldn't buy!
Clothes in poor condition
- Worn-out fabrics, pilling, or loss of structure
- Holes, tears, or broken seams
- Discoloration, stains, or sweat marks
- Non-functioning zippers
- Strong or hard-to-remove odors
Please note: Items from older collections (over 5 years old) generally don’t sell as well as more recent pieces.
Categories We Don’t Accept
- Used shoes
- Underwear
- Sportswear (except premium-brand activewear)
- Swimwear
- Pajamas
- Handmade items without brand or size labels
- Items with personalized embroidery (names, logos, etc.)
Unaccepted Brands or Products
We do not accept:
- Brands that no longer exist or have no verifiable online presence
- Counterfeit items (zero tolerance)
- Ultra fast fashion brands that aren’t viable for resale
Examples: Shein, Primark, Lefties, Bershka, Pull&Bear, and similar.
Exceptions:
We do accept Zara and Mango items, but only from recent lines that show improved quality and pricing.
These pieces must be less than 5 years old and in excellent condition.
