What items do we accept?
At Pasaly, we accept clothing that is in excellent condition, with current or timeless designs, and that belongs to brands with a clear and recognized identity.
We accept:
- Women's, men's, and children's clothing with curated style.
- Premium, aspirational, or well-positioned brands.
- Timeless pieces or from recent collections (ideally less than 5 years old).
- Clean items, without defects or alterations.
If you have any questions and want to make sure we accept the clothing you send, please consult our terms and conditions .
Which brands do we reject and why?
We reject ultra-fast fashion brands and those that do not allow for viable or sustainable resale.
We do not accept brands such as: Shein, Primark, Lefties, Shana, Boohoo, Temu, among others.
These brands often have such low prices that their secondhand value is almost zero. Furthermore, their quality and durability don't meet the standards required for a real second life.
We also reject:
- Brands that no longer exist or have no verifiable presence on the internet.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Brands without a clear identity or market recognition.
At Pasaly, we look for brands that add value, have a real community behind them, and are aligned with our mission of building conscious, high-quality circular fashion. Check out the accepted brands here .
Do you accept items with the washing/composition labels cut off?
No. At Pasaly, we only accept garments that retain their washing and composition labels. These labels are essential to guarantee authenticity, proper care of the garment, and transparency for the buyer.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of items to send?
Yes, the minimum is 3 items per package. There is no maximum number of items.
Do you accept accessories, footwear or just clothing?
At Pasaly we only accept premium brand clothing in excellent condition .
We are not currently working with accessories or footwear , as we want to maintain our focus on a curated and specialized selection of clothing.
What are the advantages of selling my clothes with Pasaly?
At Pasaly, you don't have to worry about a thing. This is one of the biggest benefits of selling your clothes with us. Simply organize your closet, and we'll take care of the rest: we disinfect the clothes, take photos, write product descriptions, publish them on our website, manage sales, and more.
All you have to do is send us a package and receive the money from your sales!
How much does it cost to ship my items to Pasaly?
It's FREE! Once you complete the sales form , we'll send you the shipping label so you can send your package.
Can I sell my clothes on other platforms?
No. At Pasaly, we reserve the right to exclusivity. Once we receive your items, they cannot be listed on other platforms.
What is the verification process?
Pasaly's garment verification process focuses on ensuring that each item received meets the conditions established in our selection criteria.
This procedure includes confirming that the garments are in the agreed-upon condition, free of stains or tears, and that, in the case of brand-name garments, they are authentic.
Our priority is to ensure transparency and integrity throughout the process, ensuring that each garment meets the agreed standards.
Is it necessary to send only seasonal clothing?
Sending seasonal items maximizes your chances of selling them quickly, as they will match buyers' current needs.
However, you can send us your summer/winter clothes all year round.
Is it necessary to wash and iron the clothes before shipping them?
Yes, you must wash your clothes before sending them to us if you want them to pass our quality control.
However, you don't need to iron it, as we do that when you open your package along with the disinfection process.
What is the timeframe between receipt and publication on the web?
At Pasaly we publish all the garments on the 1st of each month .
- Items received before the 15th of a month are posted on the 1st of the following month .
- Items received after the 15th are posted on the 1st of the following month .
This way, we guarantee a premium curation, verification, and preparation process, ensuring that each piece arrives at our website in perfect condition.
Can I change my bank account after I've shipped items?
Yes, you can update the bank account associated with your payments at any time.
Simply email us at sell@pasalyshop.com with your new details, and our team will securely process them before you make your next payment.

What does the 15% buyer's commission include?
The 15% commission, already included in the final price, covers premium services that ensure a ready-to-wear experience: washing, ironing, disinfection, labeling, and packaging of each garment.
What if a garment doesn't fit or I don't like it? Do you accept returns?
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
Can I purchase multiple items from different sellers in one order?
Yes. Unlike other platforms, on Pasaly you can add items from different sellers to a single cart , with a single order and a single shipment . A more convenient and practical shopping experience.
What if a garment doesn't fit or I don't like it? Do you accept returns?
At Pasaly we do not accept returns, as each garment is unique.
That's why we pay special attention to verification, photographs, and detailed descriptions , so you can buy with complete confidence.

Prices and Commissions
Who sets the prices and how?
At Pasaly, we are responsible for setting the price of each garment, ensuring that it is fair, competitive, and consistent with its real value.
To do this, we take into account:
- The original price (RRP)
- The brand and type of garment
- Its condition and age
- The current market value on similar platforms
Our goal is to strike a balance between a quick sale and a fair profit for you.
How does the commission work and what does it cover?
At Pasaly we work with two committees:
- Seller's commission : This covers the entire fulfillment process—collection, curation, photography, listing, customer service, and shipping. This commission ranges from 50% to 25% , depending on the garment's original retail price . The seller always receives the remaining amount of the Pasaly retail price .
- Buyer's commission : This is 15% of the Pasaly retail price and is already included in the price shown on the website. It covers premium services such as washing, ironing, disinfection, labeling, and packaging , so that each garment arrives ready to wear from day one.
When will I get paid for the sale of my items?
We pay you the same day the sale is made , directly to the account you have provided us.
You'll also receive an email notification with a summary of the transaction and the amount paid.
How much money can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the original purchase price and the discount applied , which varies by brand, category, condition and market demand .

What is the commission for?
At Pasaly, we offer a service that lets you sell your clothes effortlessly.
This service has a cost, which is covered by the commission. It covers shipping, product evaluation, photography, publication, storage, order shipping, end-of-life management, and more.
The commission also covers taxes and other operating expenses for Pasaly.
How does the commission work?
Our commission varies depending on the estimated original retail price of the garment :
- Items with an estimated original retail price of ≤ €60 → 50% commission
- Items with an estimated original retail price between €61 and €200 → 35% commission
- Items with an estimated original retail price of > €200 → 25% commission
This commission covers the entire Pasaly service: collection, curation, photography, publication, customer service, sales management.
You don't do anything. You just hand over your item and get paid when it sells.
Rejected and unsold items
Can I recover unsold items?
Yes. If your items haven't sold within 6 months, you can request a return by writing to sell@pasalyshop.com.
However, shipping costs are your responsibility.
What happens after 6 months of deposit?
After 6 months of deposit, you will automatically receive an email with 3 options:
- Extend your deposit for an additional 6 months to give your items a chance to sell.
- Donate the items.
- Recover them by paying the shipping costs.
What happens to rejected articles?
Items that do not meet our selection criteria are donated to charities or sent for textile recycling if their condition is no longer suitable for use.
However, if you wish to recover them, you can request a refund within 3 business days of receiving the review.
In that case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Our goal is to always give each garment a second life—whether through resale, donation, or responsible recycling.
Can I withdraw an item from sale before the deposit period ends?
By entrusting us with your clothing, you agree that your items will be listed on our website and, under no circumstances, on other secondhand platforms for six months. Therefore, you will only be able to retrieve your unsold items after this period has elapsed.
