What’s Not Accepted
At Pasaly, our goal is for each garment to have real value: aesthetic, functional, and resale value.
That's why we don't accept ultra-fast fashion or garments with visible defects, as their resale is neither viable nor sustainable.
We are committed to quality, design and durability — the pillars that make a meaningful circular fashion possible.
We reject everything you wouldn't buy!
Clothes in poor condition
- Worn fabrics, with pilling or without structure
- Holes, tears, or broken seams
- Discoloration, stains, or sweat marks
- Zippers that don't work
- Strong or difficult-to-eliminate odors
- Washing or composition labels cut or removed
Categories We Don’t Accept
At Pasaly we focus exclusively on premium brand clothing in excellent condition .
Therefore, we do not accept:
- Vintage clothing (more than 5 years old)
- Footwear
- Handbags and wallets
- Costume jewelry or jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Lingerie, underwear, or swimwear
- Sportswear
- Fast fashion items
- Handmade garments without brand or size
- Garments with sizing alterations
- Items with custom embroidery (names, logos, etc.)
Unsuitable brands or products
At Pasaly we work exclusively with curated, premium fashion that has real value in the resale market .
Therefore, we do not accept :
- Brands that no longer exist or have no verifiable online presence.
- Counterfeit goods ( zero tolerance ).
- Fast fashion items whose resale is not viable.
What defines fast fashion brands:
- Very low prices
- Rapid collection renewal
- Wide variety of products
- Record time to market
- High promotional intensity
Examples: Shein, Primark, Lefties, Shana, Boohoo, Temu, Hollister, H&M, Uniqlo, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, among others.
Exceptions
We accept Zara Premium (black label with black lettering) and Mango Selection items, provided they are less than 5 years old and in excellent condition
