By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of the platform

Pasaly is a circular fashion platform that allows individual users to:

• Sell clothes in good condition
• Buy products previously verified and curated by our team

The goal is to offer a simple, safe, and aesthetic experience based on the circular economy.

3. Conditions for sellers

• Only garments that are in good condition, clean and without visible defects are accepted.
• We do not accept fast fashion or items that do not meet our quality criteria.
• The Pasaly team reserves the right to accept or reject any item submitted.
• Accepted garments will be sold at a price set by Pasaly, based on the brand, condition, demand, and internal criteria.
• Payment to the seller will be made once the item is sold, via bank transfer or Pasaly credit.
• Garments not accepted may be:
  • Donated to social organizations
  • Recovered by the user (with shipping costs)
  • Recycled through responsible channels

4. Conditions for buyers

• All products have been checked, washed, and photographed by the Pasaly team.
• The sale is considered final , unless the product has an unreported defect.
• The estimated delivery time will be indicated at the time of purchase.
• In case of an incident or defective item, the buyer may request a return within 48 hours of receipt .

5. Prices and payments

• All prices include VAT and are shown in euros.
• Payments can be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or methods enabled on the platform.
• Payments are managed by secure third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual property

All website content (design, images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Pasaly or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express permission is prohibited.

7. Responsibility

• Pasaly is not responsible for service interruptions due to external causes (technical failures, third parties, force majeure).
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue part of the platform without prior notice for operational or legal reasons.

8. Modifications

Pasaly may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

9. Legislation and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless otherwise required by law.
