Item condition guidelines
What we don’t accept
At Pasaly, our goal is for every piece to hold real value — aesthetic, functional, and resale value.
That’s why we don’t accept ultra-fast fashion or items with visible defects, as their resale is neither viable nor sustainable.
We stand for quality, design, and durability — the pillars that make meaningful circular fashion possible.
We reject anything you wouldn’t buy yourself
Items in poor condition
- Worn fabrics, pilling, or loss of structure.
- Holes, tears, or broken seams.
- Discoloration, stains, or sweat marks.
- Non-functional zippers.
- Strong or persistent odors.
- Removed or cut care and composition labels.
Non-accepted categories
At Pasaly, we focus exclusively on premium-brand clothing in excellent condition.
For this reason, we do not accept:
- Vintage items (over 5 years old)
- Footwear
- Bags and handbags
- Costume jewelry or fine jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Lingerie, underwear, or swimwear
- Sportswear
- Fast fashion items
- Handmade items without a brand or size label
- Items with altered sizing
- Items with personalized embroidery (names, logos, etc.)
Non-eligible brands or items
At Pasaly, we work exclusively with curated, premium fashion that holds real value in the resale market.
For this reason, we do not accept:
- Brands that no longer exist or have no verifiable online presence
- Counterfeit items (zero tolerance)
- Fast fashion items whose resale is not viable
What defines fast fashion brands:
- Very low price points
- Rapid turnover of collections
- Extremely wide product ranges
- Record-fast time to market
- Heavy promotional intensity
Examples include: Shein, Primark, Lefties, Shana, Boohoo, Temu, Hollister, H&M, Uniqlo, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, among others.
Exceptions
We do accept Zara Premium items (black label with black lettering) and Mango Selection, provided they are less than 5 years old and in excellent condition.
