Spain (Peninsula)

  • Standard (2–5 business days): €4.95

  • Express (24/48 business hours): €9.50

Balearic Islands

  • Standard (2–5 business days): €5.95

  • Express (24/48 business hours): €14.00

European Union

  • International standard (4–10 working days): €18.50

  • International Express (2–7 business days): €44.00

Delivery times are estimates. Pasaly is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but does guarantee the proper handling of the shipment.

 

Returns

At Pasaly we work with unique circular fashion pieces: items previously verified, selected and prepared with high quality standards.

To ensure transparency and integrity in the process, we apply the following returns policy:

 

Return period

You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Requests must be made exclusively through our returns portal .
We cannot accept returns that have not been processed through that channel.

How to request a refund

  1. Access your customer account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Complete the return form.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive the corresponding instructions and shipping address.

 

Conditions for accepting a return

To be accepted, the article must:

  • To be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Keep the Pasaly label intact

  • Show no signs of use, odors, or new damage

  • Send properly packaged

If the item arrives in a condition unsuitable for resale, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer.

 

Return shipping cost

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Pasaly cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds

Once the garment is received, our team will verify its condition within up to 5 working days .

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the shipping costs of the initial order.
Depending on the bank, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

 

Returns due to error or incident

If you receive an incorrect item or detect a defect not identified during our pre-check, please notify hello@pasalyshop.com within the first 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases:

  • Pasaly will cover the collection costs

  • You can choose between a refund or, if possible, a replacement.
