We currently ship to:

• Spain (Peninsula)
• Balearic Islands
• European Union countries, divided into two shipping zones:
  • EU I: Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Italy.
  • EU II: Germany and Austria.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Spain (Peninsula)

• Standard shipping (2–5 business days): €4.95
• Express shipping (1–4 business days): €9.50

Balearic Islands

• Standard shipping (2–5 business days): €5.95
• Express shipping (1–4 business days): €14.00

European Union

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the delivery method selected at checkout.

EU I (Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Italy)

• • Pickup point delivery (InPost Lockers): €6.50 (approximately 2–7 business days)
  • Home delivery: Delivery time varies depending on the selected courier.

EU II (Germany and Austria)

• • Pickup point delivery (InPost Lockers): €11.50 (approximately 2–7 business days)
  • Home delivery: Delivery time varies depending on the selected courier.

The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Additional Information

• The final shipping cost will always be shown before you confirm your order.
• All orders are shipped in a single Pasaly parcel, carefully prepared and quality-checked by our team.
• Every shipment includes tracking.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
• Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are managed by the courier.

Returns

At Pasaly, we work with unique circular fashion pieces that have been carefully verified, selected, and prepared to meet high quality standards.

To ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of our process, we apply the following return policy.

 

Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return requests must be submitted exclusively through our returns portal. We cannot accept returns that have not been processed through this channel.

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return.
3. Complete the return request form.
4. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return instructions and shipping details.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Have the original Pasaly tag still attached.
• Show no signs of wear, odors, or new damage.
• Be returned in appropriate packaging.

If an item is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Once your return request has been approved, Pasaly will provide you with a return shipping label.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once we have received and approved the returned item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 5 business days.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive the wrong item or discover a defect that was not identified during our quality control process, please contact us at hello@pasalyshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases:

• Pasaly will cover the return shipping costs.
• You may choose between a full refund or, where possible, a replacement item.
