What items do we accept?
At Pasaly, we carefully select the pieces we accept to ensure quality and consistency across our curated platform. If you’re looking to sell second hand designer clothes online, your items should meet the following criteria:
We accept:
- Women’s clothing in excellent condition, with a current or timeless design
- Designer handbags and premium bags
- Premium, aspirational or well-positioned brands
- Timeless pieces or items from recent collections (less than 5 years old)
- Clean items, free from defects or alterations
If you have any doubts and want to make sure the items you send will be accepted, please refer to our conditions.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the original retail price of your item, its current condition, brand strength and market demand. We determine the resale price accordingly, applying a competitive discount based on category and performance.
You can calculate an estimate of your earnings here.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of items to send?
No, there is no minimum number of items required — you can send as little as 1 item, and there is no maximum.
Which brands do we reject, and why?
We do not accept fast fashion brands or brands that do not allow for a viable or sustainable resale.
What defines fast fashion brands:
- Very low price points
- Rapid turnover of collections
- Extremely wide product ranges
- Fast time-to-market
- Heavy promotional intensity
Examples include: Shein, Primark, Lefties, Shana, Boohoo, Temu, H&M, Uniqlo, Bershka, Stradivarius, among others.
These brands are often priced so low at retail that their resale value is almost negligible. In addition, their quality and durability do not meet the standards required for a true second life.
We also reject:
- Brands that no longer exist or have no verifiable online presence
- Counterfeit items
- Brands without a clear identity or market recognition
- Brands that do not align with Pasaly’s style and aesthetic
At Pasaly, we look for brands that add real value, have an engaged community behind them, and align with our mission to build conscious, high-quality circular fashion.

Do I need to wash and iron the items before sending them?
Yes, it’s necessary to wash your items before sending them to us if you want them to pass our quality control.
However, ironing is not required, as we take care of that during the sanitization process once your package arrives.
Do you accept items with the care or composition labels cut off?
No. We only accept items with intact care and composition labels, as they are essential for authenticity, proper care, and buyer transparency.
